Organisation Settings

This page contains a number of details regarding your organisation

Org Info

The title and ID of your organisation.

The ID is used when another organisation wants to share a user or group with you so you can assign permissions to them - to have them view or edit your models.

User Licenses

The user licenses assigned to your organisation.

Your users cannot use the system unless they have a license assigned to them.

Unassigned licenses are grey.

To assign to a user, select it and click the 'Assign' button.

A user with a write license can view and edit your models

A user with a read license can only view your models

Organisation Licenses

If you have a license to import models into the system then it will appear here

It is also possible that your organisation has license to view external models or projects - if so they will appear here.

Groups Shared

This lists any groups you have shared with another organisation.

You would do this so that they could give you access to their models.

They can then assign permissions to your group to view or edit one or more of their models.

You may then add or remove users to that group as you see fit

External Groups

These are groups that have been shared from another organisation. You may have assigned permissions to them on one or more of your models so users from that organisation can view or edit your models
