Adding a User

You may add any number of users to your organisation. The limiting factor will be the licenses your organisation has been allocated.

When adding a user the following fields must be filled in:

Email Address:

This is the user name that is used to sign in to Reveal4D. Any communications will be sent to this email address

If required this can be changed at a later date

Name, Surname:

The real name of the user - for display purposes

Initials:

A shortened name for the user - used for display purposes.

Permissions:

If you would like this user to be an organisation administrator then set that here. An admin has read and write access to all models in the organisation (as long as they have a license assigned)

Group:

You may assign the user to a group here. This can also be done later.

Creating the User

Once created, the user will receive a welcome email with their initial, temporary, password and links to download the client.
