Edit User

This is for editing an existing user. The operations you may perform are as follows:

Editing user details:

Change the items required and click the OK button:

User Email:

The email for this user can be changed - the user will then use this email to sign in.

Delete/Deactivate:

Deactivate:

Users may be deactivated at any time - that user will no longer be able to sign in but the user details will remain in the system. The user can be re-activated iif required.

Delete:

If the user is not associated with any data in the system they may be deleted.

If the user has created or updated any data that remains in the system then they cannot be deleted - they can be deactivated instead.

Reset password:

If the user has forgotten their password or username then this will cause them to be re-sent a welcome email with a temporary password.
