System Settings

This allows various parameters of the organisation to be changed:

Org Info:

The name and ID of the org. The ID is used for sharing users or groups with this organisation.

User Licenses:

The licenses that have been assigned to this organisation. A user in the org must have a license assigned to be able to view or edit models.

Select a license to be able to assign it to a user or un-assign it to transfer to another user.

Organisation licenses:

These apply to the entire organisation, eg:

Import models: The organisation can import 3D models to view them in the system

Read Project/Model: The org has been given access to a specific model or project

Groups Shared:

The list of groups that have been shared to another organisation.

You can share a group with another organisation so that they can assign permissions to it to view one or more of their models. These models will then be viewable by any user in this group

External Groups:

These are groups that have been shared from external organisations.

Models in this organisation can be given permissions to these groups so that the external organisation can view these models

Users hared:

The list of users that have been shared to another organisation.

You can share a user with another organisation so that they can assign permissions to it to view one or more of their models. These models will then be viewable by this user

External Users:

These are users that have been shared from external organisations.

Models in this organisation can be given permissions to these users so that the external organisation can view these models
