Share With An External User

This is a quick way to give a user access to your model if they are a Reveal4D user but are located in a different organisation.

Enter their email address - this must be the one they use to sign into Reveal4D

Enter the permissions you wish to assign them.

The user will be sent an email informing them of the addition

Once you have added the user in this way, they will appear in any user lists for other permissions - see the Organisation Settings page - External Users, they will be listed there and can be removed if required.
